Where do I start. Home is less than 4 years old in King City. 7 days into possession we realize the master tub is not connected to the trap; entire contents of tub comes down on my kitchen. Onto my new Wolf Gas Range. From here we have a sink in the kitchen that leaks, the sink in the laundry room that leaks, the tub in my children's bathroom which leaks, my roof leaks and the cherry on top.....two major cracks in my basement wall resulting in water pooling on the basement floor. FYI...neighbours on each side have also had leaking roofs, sinks, etc...In fact it is a problem throughout the entire subdivision. Do yourself a favour and do not by a Zancor product or any other product associated with the owners name.
