It has now been just under a year since I contracted Zancor Homes to build a home in Angus. After 11 1/2 months I have a foundation! I was the first to purchase in this phase of construction, but now virtually every lot has been placed ahead of mine. No sense calling Zancor because emails and voicemails are not returned. My guess is Zancor is waiting for me to cancel the deal so that they can sell the home at today's price.
