PRINCESS ROOFING: They quoted one price and then charged more to do the porch. They also did not install the vents or finish the roof. They also refused to give me my receipt and warranty. I called them many times over the year, and NEVER returned for the vents and receipt. I eventually received my receipt 1 year later, but still no roof vent or finishing. To this date they still have not returned to finish the job 1 1/2 years later. You decide if you want to hire them.(also, too expensive)
