We hired BAYCAT to fix a structural joist issue in our kitchen ceiling/master bedroom floor. Dan is so knowledgeable and was able to assess the issue and explain the scope of the job to us in detail. He presented us with all our options and worked with us to find a solution that was the least disruptive for our family. We entrusted Dan with our home while we were away and returned to a beautifully finished project. Dan took great care to protect our kitchen lighting, cabinets and granite counters during the renovation and left it spotless. We appreciate the craftsmanship and quality of work BAYCAT delivered and can’t thank them enough for making a challenging project so simple for us.
