Nothing makes us at Clearview happier than hearing that not just one, but multiple technicians have been out to see a customer and getting great reviews for all of them! If we needed to have more than one technician at the jobsite, it usually means it was a bigger job that we (or even the customer) could have imagined! Quite often that leaves a bad taste in the customer's mouth, so to hear that you're still very happy with our service means to me that we're doing something very, very right!
Thanks for your comments, and thanks again for helping make us the winner of the Calgary Consumer Choice Awards for Plumbing in '09!
An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
A drain bubbling mysteriously. . . You're hard pressed to find a more ominous sign that something isn't right below your house! Quite often it's a backed up drain that can be cleared with a simple augering, but sometimes there can be a larger problem at hand, such as trouble roots that can come back after the problem has been "resolved". If you have reoccuring issues, I would strongly suggest getting a video line inspection (Same drain clogged within 6 months? You should get a video inspection to get to the "root" of the problem!)
Thanks so much for your business, and thanks again for helping us win the Plumbing Consumer Choice Award for Calgary in '09!
Clogged toilet, backing up main drain.
To Ed and Wendy: Occasionally I'm asked why I got into the plumbing and heating industry. It isn't always the most glamorous work, it isn't always the most comfortable work and it definitely isn't the easiest work a person can do and that goes double for running a plumbing and heating business! But this is EXACTLY why I started in the first place. Although the goods and services we provide are furnaces, leaky pipes, clogged the real job is ensuring the customer is always satisfied and comfortable at the end of the job. This is a prime example of what we so kindly brag about - our customer service. Most people think that customer service starts and ends in the office. It absolutely starts there, but we like to think of our technicians as some of the most skilled customer service reps we have! Of course, the nature of the business is unexpected, rarely booking more than days in advance, and when emergencies happen we do occasionally have to prioritize, but our Customer Service Team in the office does everything in their ability to give you as much notice as they have. We know you have a life to live! We just want to thank you for being as gracious and understanding as you were, it really makes it worth it at the end of the day. From all of us at Clearview, thanks for your kind words, we certainly look forward to helping you, your family, and friends for years to come when you need us most!
Hi Craig, happy to hear we could help! Glad your furnace got sorted out - a reliable furnace is invaluble with the extreme weather we can get here in Alberta!
Thanks Marla! There's nothing worse than a noisy furnace. Although it doesn't always mean you're not getting heat, it doesn't mean you shouldn't get someone to fix it! We even had a customer get us to fix her noisy furnace because it was so loud it was scaring her cats! It might seem silly, but if it's making a customer (or their family. . . including pets!) uncomfortable, we need to fix it!
Dear customer,
I'm glad Todd was able to help your drain situation. As you mentioned, it's often best to get to the root of the problem to ensure a larger issue isn't causing a slow or blocked drain, as it could cause repeat blockages in the future! If you want to ensure you don't have some troublemaking treeroots or anything else at the 'root' of your problem that augers and snakes can't always inform you of, I would take advantage of the special we have on video inspections! Check out our website (http://www.justcallclearview.ca) and find the Video Inspection (as well as other) coupons to help you $ave on peace of mind!
Great to hear that Darrin helped you out and made sure it was tidy afterwards! What good is it having someone over to 'fix' something if they leave it a mess! We try to set the standard of making sure our jobsite is as clean or cleaner than when we got there! If it's ever anything less, let us know!
Unfortunatly callbacks do happen on occasion and as unfortunate as it is that we weren't able to get both mechanical failures in the first call, I'm glad you still had a great experience with us! From time to time there are issues that arise that are unforeseeable and we appreciate you understanding! Of course, in this scenario, because it was a seperate issue entirely it was a billable call, but make no mistake: If there is an error made on our part, PLEASE don't hesitate to call us back! We will keep coming out until the job is done - no questions asked, (ok, we may ask a few questions, but just to make sure we're prepared for the job at hand!), at no charge to yourself. Thanks again for giving us the opportunity to serve you. We're happy to hear you had a positive experience, even with the given circumstances and we look forward to serving you in the future!
Thanks for the review Mark and Nicole! Sometimes a blocked drain is an issue easily resolved with house hold methods, but when that doesn't work it's time to call the professionals! Backed up drains can be caused by many things, some are able to be flushed out with chemicals and water pressure whereas some need a physical auger to remove. If you've had reoccuring problems, the best thing you could do to ensure that it doesn't happen again is to book a video inspection. This will show us any and all blockages down the line that may be larger problems, such as root clusters in the line!
Right now we have a coupon on our website (http://justcallclearview.ca)for a video inspection for the low price of $49! (Typicaly over $250)
Make sure you call us to book the video inspection, because your peace of mind is worth it!
