Proceed with caution! This is the most expensive plumbing company in the Calgary area. They advertise a $199 special for a drain cleanout but somehow my bill was $1100 for exactly what they advertise. The job took 20 minutes, the blockage was right by the cleanout and the auger was run in about 6 feet. They are quick to quote the list of terms and conditions to justify their outrageous pricing. I'm sure no one has ever received this "special" rate. Any other plumbing company would have done this work for half the cost. How you charge $1100 for 20 minutes of work is beyond me!

Jon was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. He pointed out some mistakes that were made by our contractor and had answers to resolve the issue. Overall a great experience.

Jon came out on an after hours call, patched up my water heater and helped arrange for installation of a new system for the next day. He explained the options clearly, made appropriate recommendations and made sure things were working before he left.

Jon showed up for the problem of low water pressure and diagnosed that the tap was plugged. After quoting a price I decided to purchase myself. Super great guy and very knowledgeable.

Our pipes are old and badly clogged. They were quick and explained the issue. He changed from old piping to pick. No mess left behind. He made sure I knew what the problem is

John was very engaging and thorough on preparing a quotation to replace the Poly B piping throughout the house, change/upgrade valves, etc. plus put in PRV and auto shut off.

The last time they were here it was a nightmare. They left a disaster in my ensuite bathroom and tub faucet still doesn’t stay on if running at full capacity. I forgot it was this company we used and when water was rusty I called number on sticker from hot water heater. I called yesterday and received appointment confirmation they would be here between 7 and 8 a.m.. still no show and having left 3 messages this morning I still have not heard back. We have called another plumber.

Personable knowledgeable and had a good sense of humour. Went above and beyond did everything asked for and pointed out some other deficiencies I had missed came on time and kept us up to speed on his arrival

Called yesterday for info and an estimate. Tech arrived this morning and had the installation done by 10 am. Now I just hope that the Moen Flo technology lives up to its promotional info.

Friendly staff. Extremely (larceny really) overpriced. Attempts to upsell and hook you to monthly fees. Declined their services after the outrageous quote and called Benner Plumbing who came and did the work efficiently for just 40% of Clearview’s quote!
Gave them a “1” for satisfaction since they didn’t make me pay for their service call and actually honoured the special that they had when I booked the service (although technician initially tried to charge me for it).
