Renoclub

It has been a nightmare dealing with Tony Stewart and Leo. It has been almost 2yrs and 20,000 dollars later and they did not finish our cabinets. My health has suffered because of intense stress of not having a kitchen for so long. We are a big family and the kitchen is the center of our home.Reno-Club did not honor the contract that we had. The disrespect and abuse is unbelievable and the worse thing is that they act like this is common practice to keep taking peoples money and let them hang on to false promises while they use our money to invest for there pockets . We are left waiting for a kitchen that never comes and no money. This needs to stop Reno-Club needs to pay for what they are doing to so many people. We are taking legal action and hope that other clients do as well. UNBELIEVABLE....

The REno club treated me with lots of respect and the crew was amazing,they left my place clean,finished the job on time and were very professional in every mannar.I will use them again and highly recommend them to all my friends and family.My kitchen is beautiful and functional and everyone that sees it compliments me on it.Thanks Renoclub...I know have the kitchen of my dreams.

Found this company through the Home Show. They promise you everything and deliver nothing. They took a 50% deposit and when it was time to get some items - they weren't even available anymore. Why would any company take money for items they don't even intend to order - ridiculous. Ihave had a contract for a very long time and I don't have a kitchen. How is anyone supposed to live with a family (little children) and have no kitchen or reasonable place to make food for a almost a year. They have all my money (because they would't deliver the items I already put a deposit on until I gave more $$). What a rip off....

Salesmen are fantastic, and big (not truth tellers). They have no integrity, but won't deliver, and never apologize. Found them at the home show, it took a year to sign a deal. I gave the down payment, and construction started on time. In the beginning it was perfect. They were supposed to finish october 2009, postoned till november 22, then moved to december 5, and finally december 20. Still, the job is in hiatus, and we are now hiring a lawyer. DO NOT HIRE THEM!!

We were introduced to Renoclub by a friend and we have had a great experience,we ordered a kitchen in mid July and Renoclub just finished it last week and they did a great job we love our new kitchen . Thanks to the design team and the installers we our looking forward to doing our bathroom with Renoclub next summer .

I had two bathrooms completely renovated and Renoclub did an amazing job. The crew they sent were very professional and clean. The details and finishes are beautiful.

For years, our home has always been the gathering place for friends and family to share good times, eat, laugh and drink. Our only problem was the deteriorated condition and look of our outdated kitchen. So we made the decision to upgrade to a high-end designer kitchen.
We could not have made a better choice than we did in choosing Renoclub to design, manufacture and install our dream kitchen. From start to finish the experience we had with Renoclub was excellent and more than we could have ever imagined or asked for in a major renovation such as this. Our kitchen is absolutely fabulous, stunning and beautiful. One of the biggest surprises for us though was that we were able to get our high-end designer dream kitchen at a fraction of the cost of most kitchen cabinet companies.
We took our time through the selection process in choosing the right company to help us with our dream kitchen. But once we met Tony and Leo at the Renoclub showroom and saw the work that they do, we knew right away, this was the company we would go with.
They took the time to show us the quality of work they do. The material used, construction of the kitchen, high quality finishes, no cost extras as well as the fabulous detailed designs.
From the day we signed with them, through the design stages, selecting options, to delivery and installation, it was all seemless.
The installer took pride in his work and was very meticulous throughout the entire process. I myself am very particular about how a job looks upon finish and I was completely satisfied and impressed with his work. He was a seasoned installer who took pride in his craft and finished the job professionally with the highest regard to customer satisfaction.
Leo did the renovations at our home and his attention to detail and workmanship is incredible. He treated our home like it was his own home. He made sure that every part of the renovation such as demolision, disposal, electrical, plumbing, drywall and trim work were all done professioally. Leo ensured that he handled the inspections and signed off on every last detail to ensure completion.
We were told that the kitchen would be completed and delivered in 6 - 8 weeks and it actually took 9 weeks. But this was a non-issue as Renoclub kept us aware and up to date with timelines. They were able to provide us pictures of our kitchen during manufacturing as well as provide us with shipping documents while in transit.
After seeing the final product in our home, we knew we made the right choice in selecting Renoclub. We have resumed all of our regular gatherings at our home with friends and family. Our kitchen has become not only the most talked about subject, but the only room in the house where we all gather once again to eat, drink, laugh and share good times.

Everything was very professional form their first visit until the project was finished. very accommodating to fit our busy schedule and the project was all done in a timely fashion. Some one was always available to talk to if we had questions and concerns an it was reassuring to have this great communication with them from the reception to the actual people working in our home. really looking to renovate the bathroom now too.

We have received our kitchen thou we had to wait for close to a year
we are very pleased with the finished product. The installation crew were great as was Leo. Leo was the go between with the crew and ourselves. He was extremely helpful and made us feel assured of the process. We have a couple of issues that are being taken care of and Leo has been following up with us to make sure we are informed step by step.

My new kitchen from Renoclub is fantastic. The design they came up with for my space looks and functions great. The quality of the cabinets is incredible. The price was amazing. We've checked around and no one else was even close to the great value we got at Renoclub.
