This company to deal with the public isn’t nothing but a disgrace.
Order were wrong and the b you get a sales representative called andrew that is the most ignorant rude person that I ever seen.
Messes up my order twice,was completely rude with both me and my wife.
Even knowing I told him I’ll pay extra for whatever costs it would be he had the nerve to tell me I’m costing him money where he refused to send me a invoice for extra costs.
Then I order 2 more doors and he refused to build them for me.
When I asked him why wasn’t he making the doors he give me 5 different excuses and in the end just tells me he just doesn’t want to make them because he doesn’t want to.
This is the most horrendous customers service I ever see.
How a company like Normac has a individual has rude and ignorant like this guy is just unthinkable.
He’s answer to deal with his mistakes is just waking away from me and my wife all mad and left us
talking to the wall.
I will never deal with this company again morning my life would depend on it.
Be very carefully when ordering something with this company or a individual called Andrew,special if
your not a contractor.
