Buy somewhere else. Buy from a maker that produces cabinets in the same climate as your place, for a start. My kitchen is 10"x 7' @ $17,600! There was no quality control from the factory in BC onward. Many cupboard doors were significantly warped and installed anyway. The upper cabinets were not shimmed well, so don't line up. Crowning a multi-stressful install, my upper cabinet handles were installed crooked! Crooked! The person assigned to 'oversee' the installation was a sales person, not an installation expert in anyway and a bully. While I am confident there were good intentions, the overall result, experience, and fight was an epic failure. Never again for Merit.
