Save yourself the headache. I have lived in my home for almost two years. I have had many problems and still continue to have problems. I feel the company hired contractors that find the cheapest materials and put them in the homes. The first year the builder is responsive to save their reputation, but the second year they blame the home issues on you (even though theres a 2 year warranty by law). The contractors get angry because you keep calling about the issues and make you feel uncomfortable when they arrive in your home. The new Montorio rep, Karen, pretends like she cares about your issues in the expensive home you bought, but she ignores your requests and fails to further investigate the problem. In the future I will be buying with a more recognized, high quality builder who cares about their customers.
