I replaced my furnace last week and am extremely disappointed with their after service. The sales guy name Masud was extremely rude and the furnace is compeltely under performing. It is either undercapacity or something is wrong with the air flow - which I never had issue with when I had my prvious furnace. He didn’t perform proper area calculation and said whatever I needed to hear to get the sales and did not honour anything he said. I contacted the office for the technician to come out and they were in the process of scheduling the appointment and the furnace stopped working with temperature dropping. When I called emergency service line, the same sales guy picked up the phone and said it is my thermostat and refused to send technician and hung up on me. I went with this company based on the almost perfect reviews on Homestar and google review and it’s been a nightmare dealing with this person. He said the company would take care of the pre-audit and I don’t have to personally apply for the Enbridge rebate and when I followed up, he replied and said they have nothing to do with the rebate. If I didn’t already paid for this, I would go with Costco. At least you can count on their after service. It is not so much what furnace you get but who installs it and after service/ warranty that is important. I am glad I did not go through and change my AC with this company.
