Absolute worst experience of any kind of purchase in my life. Horrible people running this location. I have never been treated so bad. I am still left with defective furniture. I literally could not handle the mental bullying from la z boy any longer to fight for the quality product I paid for. Biggest regret is giving them my money. I will NEVER step foot in another LA Z BOY and will ensure no one I know does either. no words can describe the unprofessional, childish behaviours from the owners.

We purchased furniture that was so uncomfortable we had to purchase new furniture. The company did not stand by their word. We were charged Delivery Fees when we paid for the warranty to cover this. The sales people became rude and uncaring. All we wanted was comfortable furniture and the furniture we had would have put anyone's back out. Lazy Boy is not the king of furniture and does not build or construct furniture the way they used to. Lazy Boy is not living up to its name in furniture or service. I would highly discourage anyone from entering their doors.
