Not professional...broke all large window glass in middle of the living room. Hammering many glass sheets to break them in pieces in open living space...no precautionary measures
Apartment is full of glass particles. Took 2 days to clean up.

Did not repair damaged parts.
Installed windows backward.
Did not clean.
Not responsible not reliable. The workers are not professional. Don't do their job properly.

The team is not expert in what they do. Terrible workmanship.

emergency replacement one day before daughters wedding.Completed work quickly with excellent clean up. Service personal was ontime polite.and very efficient and even offerred to help with other preperations for the wedding. Was very satisfied.
