Appliance Repair review in Hamilton

Extremely upset with the delivery and installation of 3 of 6 appliances purchased. Washer and dryer NOT installed, left near a bedroom door, partially blocking it and creating a fire risk in the process. Dishwasher could not be installed because delivery guys dropped it and bent the frame. Needed to call many times and having to wait days for a resolution. Never buy from them again!!! Paid about $700 for delivery and installation. Will look eleswhere for any future purchases, and will make sure ALL my frineds and family know about it!!

What could this company do to improve their services?: Stop with 3rd party delivery companies, and hold them accountable for any damages.
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?: Buy elsewhere and make sure they use their own delivery people.
