After being a loyal customer for many years, will never order anything from Sears again. I placed 3 orders in mid November. I received all the orders and made some returns. It has now been over a month and I have not received any reimbursement on my charge card. After numerous phone calls/e-mails, no one can give me any answers as to where my items are. Sears is using UPS for their shipping so I would think that there would be some way to track orders, but I have had no satisfaction.
