I purchased all my new appliances from Sears just over a year ago. I also paid for the extended warranty. Just over a year and my fridge and stove break down within a week of each other. It's been almost a month and my stove has yet to be repaired due to back ordered parts. My fridge has been looked at several times and on its second parts repair. The food inside has spoiled twice. I called Sears customer service and they refuse to replace it with a new one. I think my next step is to file for small claims court. It's ridiculous that I spent all that money and have to go out to eat. Time spent waiting for the service guy, lost food, time, inconvenience. Sears and Kitchenaid have both changed over the years...too bad it's been for the worse!! I will never buy from Sears or Kitchenaid EVER AGAIN!!
