Ordering from Sears Canada on line is a nightmare! I tried to order three sets of mini-blinds, placed my order, all was well, but in a few minutes got a message saying the item was discontinued. Called and spoke to a customer service person, who was able to place the order for me no problem. The same thing happened when I placed a new order. Then when my oder was delivered it was double what I had asked for. The whole system is chaotic and messed up. The customer service is actually based in the Philippines so there is a huge disjoint between the on line catalogue and the customer service area. I have absolutely no confidence in Sears Canada after my most recent experience. No wonder so many of their stores have shut down. If the on line experience is indicative of the company in general, it's just a matter of time before it self destructs.
