Had old windows removed. New windows installed. Trim fell off the wall as soon as the contractor walked out the door. He had to come back. Noticed water damage and tried to contact contractor with no response after I provided pictures. Tried to reach out again, first response was to send pics again with no response again.
Other contractors stated he needs to do the warranty work as this was confirmed to be poorly installed. There is clear water damage but Doug will not get back to me. Very disappointed.

I hired this company to install windows. The windows were horrible quality that looked used. Workers were careless, didn't care about quality, windows were chipped, looked worn, and installation was poor. Would never recommend this company.
