I was being charged for a furnace that was financed by the previous owner, who failed to disclose that it had been purchased and was financed. Took 6 months to fix this. Then I called to ask to have the tanks removed, as well as drained, as there was still 55% in each tank. Was told that I would be charged $150 to remove the tanks, and that they had to hire a company to drain the tanks. The company, such a coincidence, charges $150 per hour to drain the tanks. So $750 fill and the basically the same amount to remove them. Horrible horrible policies. Received the runaround about how much it costs for a driver, a big truck, equipment - blah blah blah. Would never recommend them
- Approximate cost of services:
- $350.00
