I'm out $12,000 plus thousands more.
They decided to double the cost of the reno project just prior to building an addition and also told me they would not frame and drywall the walls. on top of the price hike. We had to sell the house.
I am out the cost of blueprints and permits and several thousands of dollars for things like removing a covered porch, fence, siding from the house plus a lot of interior renovations that we needed to get ready for the addition. We had to sell the property and lost money on it due to all of this. I feel they are as dishonest as can be!
