I came to know Supreme Windows and Karl Bergen over 7 years ago. I appreciated the professional, and detailed estimate as well as excellent customer service through the process of updating windows in my home. I appreciated the depth and breadth of our conversation which provided me ease in making such a costly decision. Furthermore, if I ever ran into an issue with the process of replacing these 25 + year old original windows; Karl would always reassure me of the step by step process of the work and the quality to which this project would be completed.

If anyone within my circle of friends or colleagues asks me for advice regarding window replacement options and a combination of good quality workmanship and customer service, I never hesitate to inform them of Karl Bergen and Supreme Windows.

After contacting 7 window companies, my husband and I decided to go with Supreme Windows to install all the windows in our house (22 windows in all). We based or final decision on word-of-mouth referral and we found Art Wishart to be an extremely patient and thorough salesperson.

In conjunction with getting our windows replaced we were going through a kitchen renovation as well. We went through quite the ordeal with our kitchen reno – dealing with unprofessional contractors and hassles throughout the entire process. Thank goodness for Supreme Windows! Jim Wishart and his team were very professional, polite and always maintained a good flow of communication. At least we could count on Supreme for quality service.

Over the past 15 years we have had all of the main living space windows replaced by Supreme Windows. The change to Supreme Windows has made our house much more comfortable. The installations were all done expertly and efficiently. In August of 2010 we decided that we needed to replace our doors. We looked at the Supreme Windows website to see if doors were also part of your product line.

We are very pleased with the front and side doors that you sold us in September of 2010. You were very professional when you were doing the quotation and you answered all our questions. Your product knowledge helped us select the best and most flattering doors for our house. The doors were completed at the time quoted and the installation was expertly done. The fiberglass doors have performed exceptionally well, no drafts or cold spots.
The difference between the original steel doors is remarkable. Once again the installers were polite and efficient.

Our family began a rather monumental task of a home renovation to benefit our family and especially our disabled daughter. Not knowing really where to start I contacted Supreme Windows to replace every window in our home. I was very unsure of the process to say the least. Karl Bergen promptly came to our house for a free estimate. His knowledge, experience and passion was evident from the moment we began touring the house, discussing our many options. By the end of the appointment I was completely at ease at Supreme Windows ability to make our homes' windows beautiful and functional and well within our modest budget. Karl was insightful and respecting of our needs and wishes. The process was simple and everything was decided and taken care of quickly and efficiently. Installation went smoothly- which was a wonderful unexpected surprise given it was January. All of Supreme Windows employees treated us and our home with a respect that many businesses don't bother with anymore. Karl Bergen was the shining star of this window replacement by far. I doubt that we would be nearly as impressed with any other window company.

Hi Karl,
Just wanted to send you a quick email to say thank you and let you know that our windows got installed today and I just wanted to say that the crew that came out to do them was awesome! (I believe the one gentleman's name was John and we didn't catch the other installers name) They were very thorough in their jobs and were very efficient. They took their time to make sure everything was done right and we were very satisfied with the finished work they produced. They were here early this morning and done within 5 hours(just like they figured it would take!). Our son (3.5 years old) was in the home on and off while they were here and they were very good around him and made sure to clean up everything behind them which we really appreciated!
So again I just wanted to email and say thank you for everything!!

I have my new windows installed one week before Christmas. Although it was very cold around Christmas week, I really surprised seeing the problems I have with my new windows. Not only the glass/frames were frosted, but it was from very hard to not able to open the sashes. It is very likely there are a lot of air leakage. I think I have been patiently discussing the problems(with photos) with their representives but so far their responses are not very helpful, only very minor fixing they have done. They are sending a technician over the third time this week. I am hoping this gentleman will answer all the questions I have and they will get the problems a good solid fix when the fourth time they come.
I have read many excellent reviews posted here but so far my experience with Supreme Windows aren't that great!

To give a fair and true review of this company, I think I should let everone know what happened afterwards.

It really was. The 4th time they came was fixing the windows. I am so glad Supreme Windows has sent Les helping me out. Not only he is more knowledgeable but he cares about customer. He looked into the problems in details and explained to me with patience, and was willing to come out after regular office hours, 1 time, 2 times and 3 times. He did his work very carefully and I think he has done more than he is expected. I really appreciated his service and professionalism. Things had happened in the way I have never imagined. But the way Supreme Windows has finally fixed it brought back my trust and confidence with them. I believe they are equipped with the technology and people in providing excellent products and services. What had happened to me in the past might be just an isolated incident.

Hi Karl, I hope this email finds you well and you're run off your feet with work… I was not going to write a review as all the others speak for me too. However if you ever need a reference or for someone to come and see “your” work please feel free to contact me… The windows are gorgeous, service terrific. This was not the easiest of jobs… We have tons of experience with renos. I am more than pleased with the final results. Call it a 10 out of 10 with a 10 in difficulty and skills needed...Great Crews too.

I neglected to tell you this, on the first set of windows, I had a second estimate and chose you because of the good information you gave me. I knew exactly what I was getting.
