I ordered windows from Supreme Windows in November of 2012 and February of 2013. I was given Karl’s name by a friend who had just had windows installed at her house. Karl returned my call immediately and set up an appointment. He was very professional and gave me all the information about the products to make an informed decision. Anytime during the process when I had any questions, I could either call or email Karl and I received a response right away. I was extremely satisfied with the service that I have received to date

I got a few companies to come do quotes for the house. What really set Supreme apart was Karl, the "renovation consultant" that did the quote. Karl considered the big picture and was full of ideas on ways to improve the project. In one room, we wanted to install a Bay Window. Karl suggested a slight alteration to the design which would allow us to better incorporate a bench seat. This made a lot of sense, and we made use of it when we ordered. Also, Karl considered prevailing wind direction when determining window opening direction, such that a wind stream will blow through the house during the summer, encouraged by the new windows. This is a small consideration, but it should have a great impact. Karl was also attentive to all the little questions that we had, from laminate windows in the basement to deter B&E, various trim options and glazing styles for privacy windows. Karl answered every question and provided a detailed quote that assured us that we knew exactly what we were going to be getting. Finally, the installation team, John and Dan were friendly, very detail-oriented and installed the windows beautifully. It all came out great, and with most of my neighbours sitting behind single-pane windows made in the fifties, I can guarantee that I'll be referring them to Supreme.

Our experience with Supreme Windows: "My wife and I started our gradual home upgrading project about 5 years ago. At that time we realized it was going to be an epic undertaking as the whole house was in need of upgrading - windows being one of the major pieces of the puzzle. Our house had plenty of them to upgrade(and a door). A friend of ours recommended Supreme Windows as an excellent company to work with - value and service. I'm not sure how we ended up talking to Karl about our projects, but we are very glad we did. He provided expert advice into our options and never pressured us to make any hasty decisions. All window choices blended seamlessly into our renovation projects - including co-ordinating window installations with our foundation repairs. We worked with Supreme and Karl on 3 separate occasions to complete our renovation projects. I now believe almost all of our windows are upgraded consulting with Karl. It is nice to have a good feeling about value and service from a contractor/company (for a change) - this can't be said about 75% of contractors we've worked with."

We needed new windows on our home. After contacting a few companies for quotes, we definitely had to go with Supreme Windows because of the prompt and effective response from Karl Bergen. He came down one afternoon to measure 8 windows and a door, and the same night, we received 3 quotes for 3 different types of glazed window panes via email. All the work was done with precision and in a timely fashion. We would recommend such professionalism to friends and family...and as a matter of fact, a friend of ours asks us for Karl's business card after our lauding of Supreme Windows' work ethic of it's crew. Working with Karl Bergen at Supreme Windows was wonderful. He looked at our house, and offered thoughtful ways to turn our vague ideas into a beautiful and functional design plan. He has an excellent eye for design, knows his materials, and is responsive to questions and follow-ups. The installation team was efficient and courteous. My house is an old house. I called up "Supreme Windows" to have 3 bedrooms window, 2 washrooms windows, and 2 kitchen windows replaced. A salesman named "Wayne Griffin" helped me from the estimation to until the windows were completely installed. I would recommend him to any customers. He is very responsible. I would definitely recommend this company to all viewers. It has been 3 years and I have no problems with my windows. They did a very good job.

I have completed several window purchases and installations through Supreme Windows. I shopped around and each time found that the prices were very competitive. I also found the quality of work, respect for my house and effort to quickly install windows in the winter very good. All around they were professional, efficient and friendly. I would definately recommend this company. Often good prices and quality do not go hand in hand.

We were recommended to use Supreme Windows and I am glad we did. The windows that they fitted are superb, we have noticed that our heating bills have reduced and they cut out the sound really well (we live near Crowchild). The windows fitters were extremely efficient and left no mess and very polite. We have a couple more windows to replace and i would definitely use them again. Thanks for a great service.

The salesman was quick to set up our appointment and we received our quote and installation date in a timely manner. Helpfull with picking out what was best for our home. The installers were fast and very clean.
