The new windows are in and they look fantastic! I am very pleased with the way the install went. Tyler and his crew were great. They were professional, efficient and took the time to answer all my questions which I really appreciated. It was a long day but they completed the work. Tyler even took the time yesterday to return my paint tarp he accidentally took with him in the cleanup. As I told Tyler and Ryan on Monday I am 'beyond pleased' both with the new windows and the way the whole process was handled.

We are so pleased with both our doors but the front door definitely adds a superior quality that will welcome friends to our home. We had all our windows replaced in May 2015. Karl Bergen was our initial contact. Karl came over to our place and spent at least 2 hours going over the various options, even to give suggestions on window casing and paint to apply on casing prior to installation. I'm pretty detailed and so appreciated the time Karl took to answer all my questions, including follow-up emails prior to signing the contract. Karl was excellent to deal with..Patient, detailed and works hard to satisfy the customer. We ended up going with their Legacy Series. When it came to window installation we had Ryan and Matt and one other doing the install. Completed in under 2 days. They pulled out original wood windows, installed new windows including spray foam insulation, cladded window frames, applied my pre-painted casing, lightly caulked casing - all professionally completed. They ended the job with a thorough cleanup. We had the service crew come in once to replace one of the glass units that had a scratch. Greg did an excellent job replacing the glass. The surprise of the purchase was how much the Triple Low E windows keep the heat out during the Summer and this included going through the Summer without window covers! Another pleasant surprise was how much the new windows keep the noise out. As of this writing we haven't experienced extreme cold but having gone with Triple glazed Low E windows I don't expect any issues. Overall very pleased with our Supreme WIndows purchase.

We would like to express our wholehearted recommendation of Supreme Windows. We had Supreme replace all of the windows in our home and a patio door in 2015.
Karl Bergen's sales service wasn't just low-pressure, it was no pressure. We appreciated that he always made sure to take the time to answer all of our questions and make himself available to show us our product options. When Karl made suggestions it was always genuinely focused on giving us the best outcome and value for our money, rather than to achieve a higher sale. He also made sure to follow-up while we were deciding our options and make sure we knew of things like price specials that would enhance the value we received.
The installation team was excellent. Cory, Jim and Carl were friendly, maintained a clean work-site and answered any questions I had during the installation of our windows.
We required a few small tweaks after installation, and the office staff and service team handled our concerns quickly and with professionalism.
We are very happy with the results and would not hesitate to give our recommendation for Karl Bergen, as well as Supreme Window's product, installation and service.

We recently had 4 windows and an entry door replaced. After obtaining 3 quotes with a price range difference of about $9000, we chose Supreme. Their price was in the middle and we felt it was fair and represented good value and quality. From the first visit with Les in Sales, right through to installation, it was an outstanding customer experience. I was in their showroom twice and they provide a top notch, consistent customer experience. Follow up contact after installation is prompt and exceptional. The fact that they make their products here was influential... We wanted to keep Albertans working! Next time, I won't bother with several quotes for the last 4 windows, I'll call Les at Supreme!

Supreme Windows was great to work with. The estimator very knowedgable and was willing to consider unusual window options. The cost to do all windows was beyond our current budget, so they were able to prioritize a few windows and do just those ones. Wood jambs look great and the windows are working perfectly!

We obtained 3 quotes to install 4 new windows in our loft. We found Art who came to quote the product very knowledgeable and receptive to listening to our needs and questions. The installers Dan and Trevor came this week to install the windows. They did an exemplery job of installing the windows, putting drop clothes down to protect our floors, clean up during and after the process and even helping us repair the jamb of our front door ( above and beyond the duty!
Our only concern was the length of time for manufacturing the product however we ultimately are happy to wait for a quality product. We are happy to highly recommend this supplier

Supreme crew took the old window out, and did a new framing for the new window. I dealt with Ed Jensen twice, he is knowledgeable and helpful person. The work was professionally and on time. That being said, I had some issues with the invoice after the work was completed and communicating with installation manager was tortuous and slow. The communication issues will not change my opinion about the work quailty, and the professsionalism from Ed. I recommend supreme to anyone who wants to get the job done professionally with a mid price range.
