Thank you to Don, Billy and Jeff for a job well done. They were faced with a rather large casement window in the 3rd floor of my house, 2 other windows on the 2nd floor and one on the 1st floor and did a great job. They were diligent in removing the original windows, cleaning the openings, installing the new windows and ensuring the fit was even, clean and proper. On top of dealing with ladders, sinks and bathtubs, a huge storm rolled in while they were working but this never slowed them down. I appreciate their hard work, their tidiness and their willingness to answer my questions. A very professional crew who takes pride in the work they do and the results prove them out! Thanks so much for a job well done!

Karl Bergen was my first introduction to Supreme Windows. He arrived on time and was so professional and knowledgeable. I was interested in replacing the patio garden doors. He provided recommendations based on his knowledge and experience but at no time did I feel any sales pressure. It was a pleasure to meet and deal with Karl. He did not over-sell, but delivered as promised. The doors arrived earlier than expected and the craftsmanship is superb! The installation team of Dave, Krystal and Kevin were great! They were professional, friendly and efficient. The logistics of bringing in the door frame presented a challenge, but they weren't discouraged. Together they worked out a plan to bring the doors in through the house and there was no damage done to the interior of the house. I appreciated the follow-up call from Heather to see if I was satisfied with the installation and if I had any questions. This has been such a positive experience and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Supreme Windows. Great Job! Thank you all so very much!

We heavily researched the top five window and door companies on HomeStars and Supreme Windows impressed us the most.

Our priorities were a good product, experienced installers, good service and of course price. Supreme Windows came out on top in every category.

Supreme’s location was easy to find and their showroom was impressive. We were greeted by a friendly and helpful receptionist (sorry I didn't get her name) and she immediately established our needs and gave us a tour of the showroom. We were then introduced to our salesperson Les.

Les was very friendly and attentive to our needs. Being an installer in a previous role with the company, he was extremely experienced, knowledgeable and helpful with all of our project concerns. He was able to put together a preliminary estimate for us using pictures and rough measurements we provided. After a visit to the house, Les was then able to provide a more exact estimate which came almost to the penny of his rough estimation.

A down payment was made and the project was started almost exactly when Les predicted. We were impressed with the installation team. In spite of the November weather, everything went smoothly. The house was left as clean as it was before the project started.

One piece of moulding had to be custom made and was installed by another technician a few days later (understandable). Heather at Supreme Windows looked after this phase of the project. She was very helpful in seeing the finishing touches took place as quickly as possible. Heather kept us well informed through all stages.

From beginning to end, everyone we encountered at Supreme Windows was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. We were especially impressed with Les.

We put all our trust in Supreme Windows and they came through with flying colours.

We were looking for a company that would upgrade our house windows under the Alberta Energy Efficiency program. We had three quotes, but found Karl to be the most informative and had the best personality of the three. We called Karl back, signed the contract and on his promised time frame, our new windows were installed. Don and his crew came on a not-so-nice day in November to put in our new windows. They completed the work in two days without complaint about how cold it was, and were very careful to lay down protection for the new floors, and cleaned up as they worked. We can't say enough good things about the experience we had and the quality of the Supreme Windows product. Well done, and I'll be calling again for additional windows we want changed.

We are very happy with the quality of the door and the guys who fitted it were great. We saved a considerable amount of money using Supreme Windows compared to the quotes we received from other companies. It’s only been one week but no problems so far!
