Once the decision was made to replace my windows, I obtained quotes from 5 major Calgary window companies. Furthermore, when possible I also visited their display rooms and on site factory. There was a variance in the company representative, the amount of the quote, and the particular challenge provided by the box window. Some companies could not do it and suggested that I change the shape. Only Supreme, represented by Karl Bergen, truly rose to the task. He also did all of the measuring immediately, whereas the other companies did an approximate measurement, with accurate measurements to made later by a more qualified individual. One company gave me a lower quote, but actually mis-counted the windows! Furthermore, Karl gave an excellent suggestion on the trim of the box window, which was implemented. Also, when I debated on the number of panes in the replacement windows, the other companies all went for reduction; Karl simply mentioned the architectural change that would result. I had not considered that and his observation was greatly appreciated. I am thrilled with the quality and accuracy of the estimate, the installation crew (Jim, Zach and Alex) and my new Supreme Windows. I have already recommended them to others, and will continue to do so. Simply put, they lived up to their name - Supreme!
