Windows & Doors Installation & Service review in Calgary

I originally reviewed supreme windows and was not satisfied. But then they sent out a technician and rectified the problems. They were very apologetic. Overall I am very happy with the quality of the window and doors. If we need more windows or doors I would call them again.

Windows & Doors Installation & Service review in Calgary

Dealing with Supreme windows has been very frustrating. They came and installed my window and doors. The installers didn't have time to instal the screen that goes with the garden doors. It has been over a week since the doors have been installed and a technician came today to install the screen. He came and said the office didn't book enough time. So he left and apparently will come back Monday to finish the job. I have taken many days off work now for work that should have been completed at the initial install. The overall product has been less than satisfying as well. The casing around the doors aren't perfectly matching up. I did a lot of research before booking supreme windows and am disappointed overall. I would not recommend this company and will not use them again.
