The initial contact by a sales person who came to our house was terrible as he was new in his job. Many errors were made by him and he was very disorganized. However, the workmanship was in my satisfaction but the direction and instruction was not provided and we were left with no support or follow up in terms of warranty.

I bought all appliances from Sears because they carry all different brands and lines. I was able to get a nice samsung diswasher and gas range for $1500, maytag frontload washer and dryer for $1000, Bosch frenchdoor fridge for $2030. They are not the lowest price, but willing to match any competitors.
