Kings Transfer Van Lines

Worst move. I got an estimate of $365 and was given a 9am start. Got a call the night before moving the start to the afternoon. The movers left part of my couch behind (I had to go get it and put the couch together myself) , almost left without putting my bed together and complained a lot, very unprofessional . They also dropped one of my speakers off the truck, badly damaging it.

The final bill was almost $700. When I complained and asked about the speaker I was told they would replace it if I paid an additional $250 to cover THEIR deductible.

After complaining to the Better Business Bureau they offered to wave the deductible, but said the overcharge stays.

Now, more than two weeks later I have not heard a thing from them.
