Terrible experience. Up front consultations were excellent, instilling a sense of professionalism and confidence persuading us to choose Kings over others.
The estimate was far outside of the actual time to do the work and the cost was nearly double the estimate. Disappointed that there's no accountability on their part to meet their estimate leaving the responsibility all on me. In short, the estimate really didn't mean anything.
Work crew was okay with minimal damage to possessions and property.
