unfair charged

i called regency on the weekend. technician came in check my freezer for atleast 20min. and gone. freezer solid frozen so i defrost the unit for a day . i didnot call regency again cause the freezer run normally after defrosting . Regency called after 5 days, then they charged me $425. for 2 hrs minimum charged / including truck charge. i’m expecting they will charge me for 1 hr. but with 20min. checking and charged me for 2 hrs minimum of weekend rate is totally too much. this is not acceptable. not all your costumers are millionaire. i will definitely NOT recommend you to anybody. this is totally Unfair.

Air conditioner

I had an air conditioner installed a few years ago and they install went very well and the installer was courteous.
However 10 months later the follow By spring it wasn't working we called and they would not send someone to look and we were told they were very busy with their commercial clients and we said we aren't important because we aren't a large client and we were told yes. No matter what we did they would not honour warranty.
We paid for another service to come and they said when it was installed the line wasn't proper and it leaked coolant they fixed it up and added coolant. They said this does happen and definitely should have been covered.

Approximate cost of services:
$3,000.00
