Horrible service. I had used the service to clean 2 small BR carpet cleaning. They completed the shampooing in 15 mins and mentioned that stains cant be removed. they did not put in any effort to clean the stains. never will use their service again

Mr. Raghav has 12 year old carpet that he never had cleaned before. We actually took 1 hour to professionally clean 2 rooms 10x10 when a normally soiled carpeted area takes 30 min. In all fairness the client was informed that his carpet was used beyond its life and because he never cleaned it in 12 years we could not remove stains that were set in for so many years. He insisted that we clean it and we did the best possible. Carpets should be cleaned on time and with a schedule otherwise you risk the chance of carpet wear known as pile crush and stains become permanent as they sit there for years on end.
