AWFUL! I was quoted $80 to clean cat urine from my area rug. When I got my rug back, there was still a strong cat urine smell. I asked the man to get rid of it, but they told me that I would have to pay an additional fee for cat urine. They said that cat urine is never included in the $80 cost and that I should have asked for that. I HAD told them when I got the quote! They agreed to put a spray on it which they assured me would get rid of the cat smell, and that once it dried in about an hours time I would see the results. They took the $80 and left, but when I smelled it later on, the cat urine smell is still there. I called back and spoke to the manager, requesting that they do the job I paid them for, and he told me I had two options: get a spray from him and disinfect it myself for free, or pay another $150 for them to do a special urine treatment. He refused to refund my money or reclean the carpet to get the smell out unless I paid the $150.
This company is useless and does NOT stand behind their service. They tell you that you didn't say what you said. Oh, and be careful of their offer to pay cash! STAY AWAY!

Mrs. Keri from Toronto is a perfect example of a customer who will try to cut all corners to save money and will honestly not tell you situation even when she asked the blunt questions. There was a odor present but she never told us about it, we called her back when the rug was picked up and she refused the pet treatment. No company can guarentee cat urine neither can we. We can only help to control the odor and nothing is free as she claims we promised her it would be. All companies should be aware of this client as she is being very difficult negotiate.
