This is the sencond year I have used this company. Last year the even came back to remove a stubborn stain. This year they managed to get rid of all signs of a wine bottle explosion & a huge coffee stain on a light rug. They are puntucual, reasonable and very friendly.

We've had them a few times as we have two basement apartments. Gord the owner is very helpful and exceptionally friendly and they were very good with special spot stain removal. They use environmentally friendly products and are very fast and efficient.

I have been using Roto Static for about 20 years. This is the best carpet cleaning service I have ever found! The carpet is dry in about 3 hours. I always order unscented cleaner as Im sensitive to chemicals.If I forget, Gord somehow remembers! Gord is always available when I need him and he is a pleasure to have around. The results are amazing. He even got wax out of my carpet! He took the time to clean it and I had not asked. He also cleaned some furniture , which also came out fabulous. My carpet is about 20 years old, but everyone thinks its new because of the method they use to clean. No wear and tear, no "deep soaking" which only rots the underpadding and shrinks the carpet. I highly recommend them!
