Sterling Homes built our new home for us two years ago in Cy Becker. We have already given a review of that experience.. it was excellent in every way!.
We recently had reason to contact Sterling's warranty/service department concerning an electrical breaker that seemed faulty.
I called them in the early afternoon. Larry the service tech called my back about 20 minutes later. We discussed the situation and agreed on an appointment early the next day. Larry was on time and very professional and knowledgeable. We agreed that the breaker was probably faulty and that an electrician was required to make the change. The electrical company called later that day and made an appointment for the next morning. The electrician was on time and very efficient and friendly. He even left his name and phone number in case the breaker replacement was not the only issue.
WOW - Great customer service!
We are very happy that we decided to build with Sterling Home. Their level of customer service continues even after we have taken possession of our home!!!
