New furniture for our master bedroom
We bought a master bedroom set from konto Fall 07.
when they delivered it was damaged. the person delivering tried to brush it off as general wear and tear, that happens after you get a new item and you use it for a while.
Not before you get something. anyways called the company and received the item. this time again it was damaged, company has yet to call me back, left 3 messages for them.
got one message saying that we did complain about damaged item, but our records indicate we reshipped an item.
Ya that was for the first screw-up, not the second, anyways no contact for them.
we paid extra for setting up the bed etc, however they did a bad job, kept the screws loose, it creaked and the bed wobbled, had to redo this myself.
Konto does not take responsibility for its actions, and refuses to stepup and fix things when they mess up.
I will NEVER by from these shady people.

- What could this company do to improve their services?
- FIx the issue and send me a new product when i complained of breakage
- Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
