An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. We were in the market to purchase a new door and side lites as well as a window, when doing research and inquiring for recommendations on what company to use, my Father highly recommended Superior Home Improvements. I contacted the company and spoke with Jeff who was very knowledgeable and professional. Thanks to Karl for his expertise and support in helping us make our selection, not an easy task. On the day of the installation we were very impressed with Dan and Paul with their skill and workmanship. We also appreciated that they protected our furniture with drop sheets and left the inside/outside of our house spotless.....job well done!!! We are very happy with our new door and window.
