Five Star Dry Cleaning & Alterations

Absolutely do not get anything cleaned here, they destroyed the fur trim on my jacket. There’s now a big bald spot in it because they destroyed the skin underneath that holds the fur together. They even tried gaslighting me, saying the fur was fake and glued on. It’s real and not glued, only sewn where the seams are. They also said it would be finished in 2 weeks, instead, more than a month later, was it finished and not even a good clean. Absolutely avoid this place, terrible service. They gave me a discount, but my jacket is ruined.
