We researched furnaces when we need a new one in 2005 & found Bryant/Carrier was well rated. They installed our Bryant furnace & we have needed 2 service calls over the last 17 yrs. After 5 yrs, the furnace quit & they replaced the flame sensor at a cost of $175. After 15 yrs, we required a major repair, replacing the inducer motor at a cost of $1200 for parts & labor. We decided on the repair rather than a new furnace at a cost of over $4000. (2 yrs ago) They were prompt at coming out to service our furnace & we have been happy with the company.
