The product is very well engineered and thought out. Not to mention easy to use for cleaning and everyday operation.
The R values are also very good.

I want to share one of the most positive experience I have had with the recent installation of my custom Del Windows and Doors ... this was not my first time getting new windows but this was definitely the best experience I have had. The quality of the Del windows is amazing and they are so easy to maintain and to operate. I can not recommend these windows enough and have actually suggested these high quality windows to several of my friends and family. I give this company a 10 star rating and would definitely recommend them in the future and should I ever have to move again and have to replace my windows Del Windows and Doors is the company I would seek out. This is the worst windows and doors ever. We bought all windows and doors for our new construction. The doors leaked and the windows had major issues. Do yourself a favor and do not touch this product. They will tell you they will fix it to only end up saying that it's not their fault and point the finger at everyone else but them. It's a cheap product and a pain to deal with them. They dont stand behind their customers nor their product.

We bought windows from a local lumber yard and they recommended a the installer.
In short, pricing was better than the Big Box Store.
Our windows were installed perfectly and on time.
Contractor cleaned up when done and windows look Great and work well.

We bought our windows, and we love their product. Everything with delivery went smoothly, and the service was great. We look forward on getting our front door in couple of months.

Ordered a door with a baked paint work door paint started to bubble after 30 days. Took 7 weeks for them to come back with a replacement door that was not the same as one ordered. Was told was virtually the same door and that they were doing me a favour putting the hardware back on the replacement even though the door needed to be replaced because of their defective product. Told don't carry that door anymore so either take the similar one and I will have to pay to get the hardware back on or I am stuck with that door. Had intended to outfit the remainder of my house, have now cancelled my order for garden doors and will now use another window door supplier for the remainder of my house. Very poor customer service and attitude after you have paid and stuck with the product would not recommend them at all. Lots of other suppliers out there that want your business and want repeat business and stand by their product. Guess some companies just don't get that word of mouth is still the biggest means of advertising.

I ordered a kitchen window and a front door with 2 side lights from BMR Windsor. I went to BMR when my door and window were going to be in and only the window was in, it was over 2 weeks before the door came in. On installation day the door knob hole was the wrong size, so it had to be cut larger and looked like crap! I also ordered a vinyl window and they installed a wood window with vinyl caps. Once the door was installed me and my family had a very hard time opening the door especially in the winter, I had to replace the weather stripping on the bottom of the door twice and it started ripping again. Del would not call me back to fix the problem, the worst customer service do not do business with this company!

i had ordered windows with a expected delivery date and called to confirm the delivery and was told the windows would be an additional 10 days. My contractors based their work schedule on that date. When I was informed of the delay, I wanted to cancel but they advised that glass was already pre-cut?? I have been advised from other manufacturers that standard practice is that the glass is not cut until they do job...I feel like they are holding us hostage on their time schedule. Absolutely ridiculous and very poor customer service. Save yourself the heartache and buy your windows elsewhere.
