Purchased two recliner motorized sofas in September of 2020. We received one in October, 2020 but not the second one. It is now March and have still not received it. Each time we have phoned, October, November, December, January and February it is always pushed back another month. I called the Nairn store at the beginning of this month and spoke to a salesperson. I was angry and upset that no one has bothered to follow through with the delivery to let us know when we can expect it. I was not friendly with the "lady" I spoke to but cold. I did not swear or curse or use profane language. I was blunt and to the point. She hung up on me. Once we receive our couch (whenever) I too will never deal with them again. They have no concept about how to keep a customer happy in order that people will become repeat customers.
