Low Budget to then send you a invoice for 3 times more- Its a trap!
Moving overseas for work and I had the worst experience while working with this company. There is no accountability in the management team, they are only interested in getting the money and made zero efforts to support the customer while struggling with the process. My belongings are being held by them, and they refuse to hand them over. Since they sent me a final invoice for twice the amount stipulated in the budget (budget made by a member of their team in person at my house before departure). When calling by phone the manager offers to give solutions, and after the only thing she does is to answer more emails with the same answers to keep going in circles. I got increased the original budget twice, without changing any items in my inventory. It's been 4 months of this nightmare.
Members of their team had been extremely rude to me over written emails, I reported this to their manager, and no action was taken.
The only good thing this company has is the packing crew.
There is no professionalism in this company! Do not put yourself in this situation!

We understand you were upset because of your additional fees. Your contract was for shipping 55 ITEMS (Advised, inspected and signed by you).
You shipped 98 ITEMSWhen you add more items to ship, the size of your shipment increases. You were told what the rate would be in the event you add items. The charges were noted on the first page right under the price to ship your 55 items you have advises us about.
Management did speak with you and they were not able to come up with a solution for not charging you for the additional items you have shipped
