Wow Heather thank you for the shout out. This is your second review for us and we really do appreciate it. I am so glad we were able to help. First off we set you up with cloud back up. This was really the life saver in this case. Your computer was attached with ransomare. This malware is vicious and often people end up paying the ransom get their data back. But because you were backing up with a cloud service. Your back up data was safe and malware free. We then cleared your computer and re installed Windows and your software. The backed up data that was ransomware free was then uploaded to the restored computer. What could have been devastating was in the end a nuisance but fixable.
