Ok so my laptop completely gives out on me, complete memory dump and I can not get it to load back up. Forget that ALL my legal documents are saved on here and everything work related but this is my lifeline to my husband and kids (all living overseas). I called the manufaturer as stated all over my screen and they wanted me to ship them the laptop and pay for a new hard drive and service and I would not see it for 3-4 weeks. I called Pete and he advise I drop it off in the morning which I did. Not 3-4 weeks later and not even 3-4 hrs later he had me up and running and back online. This is not the first time I have gone to Pete and I am sure it will not be the last, I would not recommend anyone else. He is thorough and honest and most of all he understands the need we have.
