I wish I could write a glowing review. The initial meeting went well and they were responsive and courteous when I asked for updates on the status of my project. I had the entire house done up with new windows, hoping to get ones that were way more energy efficient than one I already had. And, although the windows I received do the job, the way they were installed is just ... sloppy. I've posted two pictures, but every window is like that. Caulking is just everywhere. I mentioned this to the installers, but they just said it was ascetics. I suppose I shouldn't have let them leave, but I didn't expect fighting for it would help.
I painted them in order to improve how they looked. After I was done they contacted me about the work done. When I described my problem they were attentive and respectful, but after speaking with the installers the only solution after I painted it was to redo the frame, which they weren't willing to.
I guess that's how things stand with Fibertec. Kind of a bummer. They work, but now people comment on the sloppy job instead of how good the windows are.
Edit:
Since posting this review I was contacted by Fibertec. I was told they'd look into this matter again, but I'm really not hopeful.
