Zero Communication from RBS regarding my questions and concerns

I have been trying to speak to RBS customer support since September 2022 regarding some concerns I have over the concrete product that was delivered to my home for work completed by my contractor. Other than the receptionist answering my phone calls, I have never been able to reach the customer support staff at this company, nor have they ever returned any of my phone calls or messages. Customer support is non-existent and I'm not happy.
