Country Homes service is beyond impeccable, have been so happy with the level of service and how quick they get back to you with response times via phone or email. Initially, I wasn't as happy with how things were built, though I've so thoroughly impressed with how much they work and aim to please and ensure all their purchasers are super happy with the service and warranty. They have been super on time with tarion warranty and def go over and beyond. Mara who has been in service forever has been super amazing, she is super patient, and always aims to please. Christian, who is in service now is also great and aims to please, he is always great with responding messages and emails and returns calls, not like other builders. I highly recommend them!

Jesse and his coworker are very friendly and quick. They were helpful and went over the top to help us with our laundry machines. Excellent service and I would recommend them anytime. I’m very happy with the service.

We purchased a house in West Country Milton. We are in the process of Color and Decor selections. So far every thing is okay, however it's so frustrating to know that Christmas lights, a simple thing that makes everyone happy in Canada during Christmas time, is not standard and its an upgrade. I wish Country Homes as a reputable company reconsiders that. Even though not everyone celebrates Christmas, but at least for those who do, don't consider it an upgrade.

We LOVE our gorgeous new townhouse! We can't tell you enough how wonderful we feel about the quality of the build and the superior service we receive from Country Homes. It is always a pleasure to deal with either Mara or Anthony (always friendly and knowledgeable). They are very quick to handle any questions we may have. If anything does need attention, they have someone come out in a very timely manner. I can't thank them enough for making our move into a Country Home an absolute positive and delightful experience. So in closing, I would like to say to Country Homes, Mara, Anthony, and all the hardworking trades people... thank you so much for making our new house, HOME SWEET HOME!
