We were quite stressed out in search for a home for ourselves in Milton. We met with Audrey Massey at Country Homes Sales Center. She understood our situation straightaway , and explained everything that could enable us purchase our home. She was absolutely wonderful to work with. We were really sold by how consistently respectful and professional she was throughout the process. Her calm and easygoing personality makes her extremely approachable so we didn't have any problem in contacting her and asking questions. In few instances, she went out her way to help us. She seemed to genuinely care and wanted us to have a good experience. We were really lucky to have met her at Country Homes!
Site supervisor Anthony and his team have been tremendous support throughout. Overall, our experience with Country Homes was great and we would always recommend them to family and friends.

This builder provided me with a lot of support and guidance with deciding what was best for my house regarding the interior design. From the Decor studio, to the Trailer on the actual construction site, I felt I was heard and respected through out the whole process. Every member of the team was more than willing to help me out whenever it was needed.
I am thrilled to soon be living in my new dream house thanks to Country Homes.

I don't normally write reviews but had to this time given the exceptional service myself and my husband received from Audrey at the Country Homes Milton Sales Office. Audrey went above and beyond meeting our needs and working with us with the purchase of our 2nd home. She kept us informed on the inventory as our model sold and met with us whenever necessary to get us into our next home. A huge thank you to Audrey and team!!! If the sales experience is standard for Country Homes then I have no doubt we will be more than pleased once we close and take possession this Spring!

The sales experience was really good. Sales team was very responsive and the whole process was very smooth

Bad:
After first decor studio appointment, we were promised we’d get quotes on our upgrades and answers regarding special requests within a week or two.
This was 4 months ago and we have not heard anything back even though we’ve sent multiple follow up emails and calls (no one picks up and mailbox is always full)
We were called to book our follow up decor studio appointment last week and the person promised we would get the quotes and responses the following day and we again have not heard anything.

Hoping they can improve our experience. We booked with Country Homes after reading so many good reviews on here and unfortunately, our experience so far hasn’t been good.

I moved into my first brand new home last week, and so far, the whole process has been an easy and smooth transition. With the help of the Country Homes team in Milton on the construction site, they have my made my first-time home owner experience one that I will never forget. This builder did an excellent job and was very understanding. Whenever I had a question or concern, they helped me out as soon as they could. Even though there are over 200 houses being built, they made me feel as though my house was their only priority. The Country Homes service team catered to my needs and never left me feeling concerned or questioned. I highly recommend purchasing a home with this builder because Country Homes made me feel at home from beginning to the end!

Terrible experience , I would stay away from them. Bad customer service . recently bought a house I was treated very unfairly , Not happy at all about them .

we recently bought a new home in milton - country homes has provided exceptional service going above and beyond on all our questions and asks. We changed our lot a few times at no cost, they were very helpful throughout the process - there was no delay on our property - they have been easy to contact and very responsive - they did more than required for our 30 day warranty and every member of their team that has come through my house has been kind and helpful. I highly recommend this builder - we are very happy with our new home!
