It was a pleasure to work with Orleans Carpet. From the initial contact to post installation, the company was professional, cheerful and went out of their way to be helpful. We had the second story floors of our house redone, with new carpet in four bedrooms, a hallway, and stairs, and new vinyl flooring in the ensuite and main bathroom. The installers were meticulous and thorough. The salesman and installers all went the extra mile to accommodate our needs and adjust to our changing schedule. All round a great experience.

TEAM - this company has a very cohesive team working for it. From sales, to estimate, to floor rip up, to install, to operations. Each and every individual with this company was professional, extremely helpful, pleasant to deal with, even when issues arose with the job site. An old house has its quirks. It was the installation of 1100 sq. ft. of engineered hardwood but before that happened the original flooring had to be ripped out. Everything was done on time and site was kept clean. Can't say enough about this company. Highly recommend to friends and family. Very pleased with results and service.

I employed this company to replace the carpetting on 2 sets of stairs as well as the upstairs hall. The value for price was very good and the carpet still looks nice. The installers were excellent in their work - did a really nice job installing. The salesroom personnel was very patient and accommodating.

The sales agent was knowledgeable and install person excellent. I was 100% satisfied with the final product which was installed on time, without problems and old carpeting removed. This company has earned my respect as I can be picky, and they were patient, answered my questions and did an excellent job.
