This company USED to have great customer service. Not anymore. The person on the phones now is absolutely clueless. She has no idea what she is doing and is very unhelpful.
Basically told me to 'feel around the website' instead of answering my questions.
We've used them before with no issues but the lady who helped us before has left. (Laurie)
Went ahead and booked anyway and we are so disappointed.
Unit delivered was not clean. Evidence of a previous leak was all over the roofline.
Our credit card was overcharged then refunded. Then overcharged again. Calls to the main line are not answered and messages not returned.
Unfortunately we will not be able to recommend this company to anyone else as this experience has soured us.
Train your new people how to provide better service.
Clean your units.
Don't deliver poorly repaired units.
Note that the pickup driver Dan was unfailingly polite and pleasant to deal with. He apologized for the condition of the unit upon delivery and said he would mention it to his boss.
Cannot say the same for the driver who delivered the unit as he did not offer an
introduction and was rather sullen. ( should have been a warning flag)
