All I can say is terrible, terrible, terrible. Took possession of my home oct/2013, was given an inspection notice that a handful of things were undercode for living in the house. We were told we could move in and those things would be fixed immediately. This is not the case, eight months later and the problems have piled up. When you contact for service they like to mention how busy they are or not answer the call at all. Not impressed at all, and would strongly suggest finding a true home builder.

I am not happy with the way first and final walk through were conducted. Firstly they allocated only 30 minutes for the whole exercise of which upto 20 minutes is taken reading a pre-prepared document explaining what you should within the first 3 months/six months etc then you get hurried to check your house.... my home had lots of issues but I am still waiting to have them fixed.I am hoping it will not come to a point that i need to push them.I will provide an update of this builder as issues of this house emerge.

First time we had a home built for us, great experience and service.
From sales staff, designers, contractors and area foremen, all did a fine job. Biggest factor for us in selecting them was the ability to cusomize the home the way we wanted.

Currently they are building my home. The service has been excellent. The representatives have been very helpful in guiding me on the home building process. I am very happy so far.

Horrible to deal with. Very bad workmanship. Very sad when you spend this kind of money and end up having to fix things like electrical. I would stay as far away from these builders as possible.

From the moment we started our build with this company it was a nightmare. They got the floor plan wrong in two locations. They were constantly untruthful once they got us locked in contract. We we left in the freezing winter for 6 months with excessive cold air coming in through our fireplace and master and spare bedroom through the outlets and under the base boards and even through the floor around the vents . It was at one point minus 10 on my living room floor and minus 3 in our master bedroom. We even got a infrared scan showing the excessive cold air and missing insulation and they refused to fix anything. We were then told by the President of the company when we caught them putting spray foam in the fireplace chase and it came out all over the fireplace and they insisted it was absolutely safe. When we contact the city fire inspector he immediately told us not to use the fireplace because it was a 100% not safe and then they contacted the city building inspector. The builder was quick to replace the fireplace once they got caught breaking code. but now they are angry they got caught and 100% refuse to do anything. We had excessive ice in our attic all winter and they insisted this was normal. They are terrible to deal with they act like they care when they really don't.
